The game changed from output to influence, and no one handed you the rules. In 90 days we fix how your work is seen, not how hard you do it.
No pitch. We work out what is blocking you and whether this is the right way to fix it. If it is not, we will tell you.
Three minutes. Sound on, captions on screen.
Why this keeps happening
And almost none of it is the work that gets you promoted. You have built credibility, delivered results and proven your value. The recognition still feels just out of reach, and no one can tell you why.
You mentor the new hires, fix the mistakes, take the notes and smooth over the team conflict. It is invisible, it is unrewarded, and it reads as reliable rather than ready.
Too direct. Not a team player. A little intense. Somewhere along the way, advocating for yourself became the thing that counts against you.
Answering emails at pickup, skipping workouts to prep for a 7am call, lying awake wondering whether you are failing as a parent, a boss and a partner at once.
Three ways this goes
Effort is not the variable. What people decide your effort means is the variable, and that is set long before the promotion conversation happens.
You carry the team. It reads as dependable rather than ready, so you get more work instead of the next level.
You start advocating harder. Now you are difficult, intense, not a team player, and the door closes a different way.
Your value gets described accurately by other people, in rooms you are not in. That is the whole shift, and it is learnable.
You cannot out-work a perception problem. It has to be worked on directly, which is what the next 90 days are for.
The thing no one says out loud
"You're great at your job, but people don't like working with you."
Five years in the same role. Award-winning work. And other people kept getting promoted past me.
That sentence stung, and it was the most useful one of my career. The blocker was never performance. It was perception. Five promotions in six years followed, and a CFO offer before I turned 30.

What we actually work on
Every engagement starts with your personal brand and career strategy. Everything after that is built around what is actually happening in your role.
The unwritten rules of corporate life. How to get visibility, advocate for yourself without being labeled difficult, navigate politics with your integrity intact, and stop absorbing the invisible work no one rewards.
The confidence, identity and executive presence to lead without asking permission and without the guilt. Communication that travels when you are not in the room.
Boundaries, routines and time. Your career fits into your life instead of consuming it, so the next title does not cost you your health or your family.
The videos exist and they are yours, but the work happens on a call where you say the thing out loud and get told how it landed.
Session one maps what is actually happening in your role. Everything after that moves with the meeting you have on Thursday.
Every session ends with something you will do that week, and the next one starts with what happened when you did it.
How the 90 days run
Nothing is prescribed before we know what is actually blocking you. The first session is a diagnosis, not a lesson.
Fifty-five minutes on where you are, what you want and what has been getting in the way. You leave with a roadmap for the quarter.
How your value is described when you are not the one describing it. We fix the language first, because everything downstream runs on it.
The conversation you have been avoiding, the meeting you keep getting talked over in, the ask you have not made. Rehearsed, then done.
Building and delivering the case for the title, the raise or the move, with the evidence trail already in place to support it.
What you get
Who you are working with
Kendall Berg spent five years in the same role doing award-winning work and watching other people move past her. The feedback that finally explained it was not about her output at all.
What she built to fix it became five promotions in six years and a CFO offer before she turned 30. She has since taught it to 341 private clients across 27 countries, and to audiences of up to 1,400 from the stage.
She is the one on the calls. Not an associate, not a team of coaches trained on her material.
From the people who did it
"I had my reevaluation yesterday, and as a result I received a 19% salary raise and a 12% annual bonus. I have also been offered stock options as recognition of my performance."
"I got a $25K award from the group director for extraordinary work. If I had not started working with you and advocating for myself in front of my management, I do not think they would have considered me."
"Kendall's program exceeded my expectations. In just nine months at a new company I got on a path for promotion, built strong relationships with senior leaders, and turned around a challenging vendor relationship."

Invite Kendall to speakQuestions
It is a 15-minute intro call over video with the team. We talk through your goals, where you are in your career and what you are trying to accomplish, then work out whether the program is the right fit and which option suits you best. There is nothing to prepare.
Sessions are 1:1 with Kendall on a bi-weekly cadence. Your first session is 55 minutes, a full deep dive into where you are, what you want and what has been getting in the way. Every session after that is 25 focused minutes on whatever you are navigating right now.
Other career programs teach resumes and interviews. This one teaches influence, communication and visibility, the things that actually determine who gets promoted.
A resume gets you considered for a job you do not have yet. This work changes how you are perceived in the job you already hold, which is where the next title is decided.
No one knows what they want to be when they grow up. A large part of the coaching is identifying your unique skills, strengths and values, so you can rule out the career paths that do not fit and build a forward-looking strategy aligned with your purpose. Clarity is not a prerequisite for coaching. An open mind and a willingness to build new tools is.
No. Every client is covered by a confidentiality agreement. Kendall will never disclose the names of clients or their positions unless they have publicly shared that they worked with her first. You are welcome to tell your employer that you are working with a coach, but she should not have any direct contact with them.
No. What is guaranteed is that you will learn how corporate actually works and how to navigate it, and those are skills that keep paying off long after the program ends.
High-achieving professionals in middle to upper management, typically Manager through VP level, with the heaviest concentrations in Marketing, Analytics, Audit and Operations. Yes. Sessions are booked around your availability and then recur bi-weekly, Monday to Friday. There are dedicated windows for clients in the UAE, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, afternoons and evenings for Europe and the UK, and standard US hours for North America.
Last thing
You were never meant to choose. Fifteen minutes, no pitch, and you will leave knowing what is actually blocking you.
